How you get paid.

Commission only, with no base pay. You are paid on the appointments you set, on high-ticket roofing jobs, so a full calendar pays well. We give you the leads and the scripts. Exact numbers are shared on the first call, before you commit to anything.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You set your own hours inside the calling window below.

The job.

  • Call homeowners and property owners in the Florida areas Hurricane Isaias hit, and book free roof inspections and emergency tarping visits for our crews.
  • Call back inbound leads fast and get the inspection on the calendar on the first call.
  • Follow up on no-answers and maybes until there is a clear yes, no or date.
  • Log every call, note and booked appointment in our CRM the same day.
  • Confirm booked appointments the day before so the crew is not driving to an empty house.

What you need.

  • Real cold call experience: appointment setting, door-to-door, roofing, solar, home services, insurance or inside sales.
  • You can close the appointment on the first call and handle the objections that come with it.
  • A computer, reliable internet, a headset and a quiet place to work.
  • Comfortable hearing no and picking up the next call.

A plus: Roofing, storm or insurance-restoration background · Experience with a CRM (any) · Spanish as a second language.

How we call.

Storm areas get flooded with bad actors. We don’t operate that way. Every setter follows these rules, every call:

  • Calls only between 8 AM and 8 PM in the homeowner’s time zone
  • No more than 3 calls to the same person in 24 hours
  • Every list is scrubbed against the Do Not Call registries; anyone who asks to be removed is removed the same day
  • No autodialers, no robocalls and no cold texts
  • Never tell a homeowner to file an insurance claim, never offer to cover a deductible and never offer gifts for booking
  • No promises about cost, coverage or outcomes; you book the inspection, our crew does the rest
