We chose a comeback city over the big map.
Aurum Developments could have opened its Midwest headquarters anywhere. We put it on Vermilion Street, in a downtown full of buildings that were made to last a century and only need someone willing to bring them back.
From that office we build across central and eastern Illinois: commercial build-outs and new construction, storefront and facade restoration, new homes, concrete, commercial paving, land development and the repairs that keep good buildings working.
We also invest. Downtown buildings that deserve a second life, new residential development, and projects that give a community a reason to come together. Because we build what we invest in, the same team scopes it, builds it and stands behind it.
