We are a general contracting and development firm headquartered at 57 N. Vermilion Street in Danville, working across central and eastern Illinois. We build commercial projects and new homes, restore storefronts and facades, pour concrete, pave and maintain commercial parking lots, prepare land for building, handle repairs, and invest in downtown buildings, residential development and community projects.
Are you insured?
Yes. Aurum Developments carries general liability insurance, and certificates of insurance are available on request. Licensed trades such as electrical, plumbing and HVAC are performed by licensed partners where the law requires it.
How fast will I get my written investment?
Simple quotes go out within 72 hours. Larger or complex scopes take longer, and we give you the date up front. For concrete and site work we measure from aerial imagery first, so we start on your numbers the day you call.
Do you work on homes or only commercial buildings?
Both. We build commercial projects and new homes, and we pour driveways, walks, steps and pads for homeowners.
Do you offer financing?
